• A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment, payable by debit/credit card. • No call, no show will be charged 100% of the booked service, and last-minute cancellations (less than 12 hours) will be charged 50%. • Electronic payments incur a $5 extra charge (e.g., Cashapp/Zelle). • No one else is allowed to join during the appointment. (Including kids). • Late arrivals incur fees ($15 after 10 minutes, $20 after 15 minutes, automatic cancellation after 20 minutes). • Deposits are not refunded after cancellations, but you can reschedule within 3 days with a new deposit. • Refills are categorized based on the time elapsed since the last service: 1. One Week Touch Up: Schedule this appointment between day 1 and day 7 after your initial service when 80% of your lashes are still intact. 2. Two Week Fill: Book this appointment if it’s been between 7 to 14 days since your last service and about 45% of your lashes remain. 3.
